Kyiv raises fare in public transport to UAH 8 on July 14
The fare in Kyiv's public transport was raised to UAH 8 on July 14.
Passengers who use travel tickets and contactless cards will pay for one trip from UAH 6.30, while others will have to pay UAH 8 per trip.
The innovation refers to the price of a token in the subway, tickets for the tram, trolley bus, bus and funicular.
The last increase in tariffs to an economically sound level took place in February 2015. In 2017, they were partially corrected.
