"Today, 80 protocols have already been drawn up. They are being included in the order, which is to be issued within a week. We shall proceed to work as soon as it comes into effect," Kotlyarenko added.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukrainian President enacted a law on mandatory installation of meters for central heating and water supplies.
