Heating meter security systems to be installed in Kyiv apartment blocks
CEO of Kyiv municipal enterprise KyivZhytloSpecEkspluatatsia Oleh Kotlyarenko states that security systems to protect heating meters are to be installed in apartment blocks across the Ukrainian capital, according to 44.ua.
"Residents need to pass two stages: sign off an appropriate protocol and pay a service subscription fee, which will vary from UAH 3 to UAH 5, depending on the number of storeys in a building.
Security services will be provided by the police," Kotlyarenko said as reported by 44.ua.
