Kyiv sees 4.35% decline in housing rental prices in past year
The average rental price of one-, two-, and three-room apartments in Kyiv from January 17, 2017, to January 16 of this year dropped by 4.35%, to $396 per month, according to the SV Development consulting company.
At the same time, Dniprovsky district offered one-room apartments with the lowest average rental price at $240 per month, while Pechersk was the most expensive district in terms of housing rent, with an average rental price set at $387 per month, it said.
The fall in rental prices of apartments was observed in all of Kyiv's districts. Rental prices of apartments in Pechersk district dropped most (by 5.38%, to $387 per month) and fell least in Darnytsia district (by 3.37%, to $258 per month).

Kyiv's Darnytsia district saw the greatest downslide in rental prices of three-room apartments (by 5.9%, to $367 per month), whereas Desniansky district showed a minimal fall (by 2.21%, to $443 per month)
